What will the weather be like?
January in Central NY is typically cold and snowy so please allow time for travel. The wedding will be completely indoors.
Where should I stay?
In the "Travel" section, we have listed the Hilton Hotel in Rochester that you may book using a discount code. There are many other hotels around you may also use at your leisure.
Will you be offering a shuttle for transportation?
Yes! As long as you book through the Hilton, there will be a shuttle provided to and from The Wintergarden. The Wintergarden to the Hilton Hotel is only a 2-block walk if you do not feel like utilizing the shuttle.
How should I get there?
If staying at the Hilton, you may park in their parking garage and use the provided shuttle to The Wintergarden. If you are not planning on spending the night, we recommend the Court St Garage listed under "travel". If you plan to stay the night at a separate hotel, you may use taxi/uber services.
Are children invited to the wedding?
While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

What time should I arrive?
You may arrive ~ 2:30 pm, we ask you please take your seats by 2:55 pm, ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm.
Where is the ceremony?
The Wintergarden by Monroe.
Will there be a transfer to the reception?
No, the reception will be in the same building.
Where should I sit during the Ceremony?
The front row will be reserved for direct family. We ask that the right side be reserved for guests of the groom and the left side be reserved for guests of the bride. But ultimately, you can sit wherever!
When do I need to RSVP by?
We ask you RSVP by early December.
Will you be serving alcohol?
Yes, we have opted for an open bar until 10:30 pm, followed by a cash bar until midnight.
What should I wear?
Semi-Formal/ Cocktail attire.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely! We just ask you don't leave your seat or move into the aisle to record or take photos.
Do you have a gift registry?
Yes! It is under "Registry".
Can I bring a plus one?
Plus one's will be by invitation only.
When will we eat?
There will be food provided for the cocktail hour, during dinner, dessert, and also a late night food option so please come hungry!
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, they also have elevators for guests who cannot walk up the stairs to Cocktail hour.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Nope! Wear whatever you are comfortable and can dance in.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Of course!
